We all know , now in India,the price of the petrol is increasing day by day.Indians mostly depends two wheelers and motorbikes for their travelling.A normal man cant afford the hike of petrol price.Due to this most of us are looking for a 100cc bike which is having great mileage.
The mileage is not only depends on the cc of the bike but also the care we are giving to it.The regular check-up will increase the life time of the bike.There are some tips for increasing the fuel efficiency (mileage) of your bike:
- Give Service for the bike at the time interval given by the manufactures.
- Check the oil level frequently and change it according to the advise given by the manufacturer
- Check the fuel tank,fuel pipes and carburetor to avoid unwanted impurities.
- Use chock at the initial start of the engine.
- Maintain the tyre pressure advised by the makers.
- Don't apply accelerator too much in first five to ten kilometres of your journey.
- Don't change the gear irregularly.Shift the gear as advised by the bike makers.
- Don't apply brakes frequently.
- Turn off the engine in signals.Only start when the yellow light blows.
- Always ride in top gear.
- Don't ride below 40km/hr and above 70km/hr .
- Always ride the bike in a constant speed.
